AMS Scholarship for Underserved Communities (USA meteorology)


The AMS Scholarship for Underserved Communities from the American Meteorological Society supports students who have been traditionally underrepresented in the sciences, especially Hispanic, Native American, and Black/African American students. Applicants must be starting their first year of undergraduate studies in the fall of 2024, in the field of atmospheric or related oceanic or hydrologic sciences at a US-accredited institution, and must be US citizens or permanent residents. The scholarship provides a stipend of 6000 USD over 2 years.
