The Career Development Research Fellowships for Nurses & Healthcare Professionals from the British Heart Foundation provide fellowship funding for healthcare professionals whose research is related to improving the care and outcome of people with cardiovascular diseases. These healthcare professionals include:
- Nurses
- Midwives
- Allied Health Professionals
- Healthcare Scientists
Applicants must hold a PhD or an equivalent taught Practitioner/Professional Doctorate. The Fellowship includes funding for the applicant´s salary, and technician/research assistant (if justified), for 3 years with the possibility for a 2-year extension. There are two calls for applications per year and the next applications close on October 26, 2022.
