Circularity with recycled and biogenic resources (Germany)

The Circularity with recycled and biogenic resources grant from the Volkswagen Foundation provides funding to Germany-based researcher teams working on recycled and biogenic materials that would reduce the resource footprint of modern societies. The grant is primarily targeted at the natural sciences and engineering. Interdisciplinary project teams of two to three applicants can get support for original and practice-relevant research on closing resource-product cycles.

Applicants may apply for up to 1.2 million EUR for up to 4 years (up to 10% indirect costs). Applications close on March 1, 2023.
