The funding opportunity Establishing research chairs on forced displacement in North and West Africa from the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) supports the establishment of 4 university research chairs on forced displacement, 2 in North Africa and 2 in West Africa. Funding support is available for up to 60 months and at 600,000 CAD per project. Researchers with a strong track record in research as well as community and policy outreach, from Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Chad, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Togo and Tunisia are welcome to apply. Applications close on October 14, 2022.
