General Surgery Resident Research Initiation Grant (colorectal diseases USA Canada)

The General Surgery Resident Research Initiation Grant from the American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS) funds General Surgery Residents or recent graduates of such programs in the USA and Canada to engage in clinical or laboratory-based research focused on diseases of the colon, rectum and anus. Applicants do not need to be an ASCRS member but do need to have an ASCRS account. Funding of 20,000 USD is available for 1 year, with the possibility for a 1-year renewal (no indirect costs). Applications close on August 15, 2023.
