JDRF Collaborative Advancement of Cures for Type-1 Diabetes (worldwide)

The JDRF Collaborative Advancement of Cures for Type-1 Diabetes is funded by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and supports research that advances the development of therapies for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) through the advancement of high-impact work carried out by coordinated, multidisciplinary teams. For the funding, priority will be given to proposals that are approaching clinical translation.

Applicants with MD, DMD, DVM, PhD or equivalent and faculty position or equivalent from domestic & foreign non-profit organizations, public & private universities, colleges, hospitals, & laboratories, units of state and local governments, and eligible agencies of the federal government can apply. Applications are encouraged from persons with disabilities, women, and members of minority groups underrepresented in the sciences.

This funding provides up to 2,250,000 USD for a period of up to 3 years.

Full proposal: February 13, 2023
