Progeria Research Grant (worldwide)
The Progeria Research Foundation seeks letters of intent from qualified progeria researchers who are working on highly translational aspects of progeria research. Projects should lead to clinical treatment trials within 5 years; cover the development of gene and cell-based therapies; and the assessment of the natural history of disease that may be important in developing outcome measures during trials. Applicants should have faculty appointments in a US tax-exempt institution or their international equivalents. Applicants may apply for up to 75,000 USD/year for 1-2 years. Letters of intent are due on July 1, 2022 and invited full applications are due on October 3, 2022.
