Transgene-triggered safety concerns in DMD gene therapies (muscular dystrophy worldwide)

The Transgene-triggered safety concerns in DMD gene therapies research grant from the Muscular Dystrophy Association fund established independent researchers working on neuromuscular diseases. Applicants should hold a relevant doctoral degree (e.g. MD, PhD) and be appointed as a faculty member appropriate educational, medical or research institution. There are no restrictions on citizenship or location of research. Applicants may apply for up to 100,000 USD per year for 2 year. Letters of intent are due o July 11, 2022. Full applications close on August 29, 2022.
