Supporting Research in Health Disparities, Policy and Ethics in Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Research (HPE-ADRD) (worldwide)
The Supporting Research in Health Disparities, Policy and Ethics in Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Research (HPE-ADRD) funding program from the Alzheimer´s Association supports research to understand and address diversity, equity, and inclusion in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and related dementias (ADRD). The goal of this funding program is to increase our understanding and develop strategies to address diversity, equity and inclusion in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia research. Projects with community partnerships will be given preference through this funding program and are strongly encouraged.
Applications are open to U.S- based and international researchers with full-time staff or faculty appointments (Assistant Professors and Associate Professors are encouraged to apply. State and federal government-appropriated laboratories in the U.S. and abroad and for-profit organizations are prohibited from serving as the applicant institution.
Applicants may apply for up to 240,000 USD (including 10% indirect costs) for up to 2 years.
The letters of intent are due on January 9, 2024 and invited full applications are due on April 2, 2024,
