2023 RUNX1 Early Career Investigator Grant (pediatric leukemia USA | Canada)

The 2023 RUNX1 Early Career Investigator Grant from the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) provides funding for early career researchers working on RUNX1-familial platelet disorder and investigating strategies that will lead to the development of therapies that will prevent the transition from pre-leukemia to leukemia for patients with RUNX1-FPD. Applicants must hold an MD, PhD, or MD/PhD or equivalent degree and be appointed as faculty (or equivalent) at an academic institution. Applicants must be within the first 5 years of their first faculty appointment. Applicants must be based in the USA or Canada. Applicants may apply for 180,000 USD over 3 years (no indirect costs). Applications close on December 21, 2022.
