The TWAS-Fayzah M. Al-Kharafi Award from The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) recognizes the scientific achievement of women scientists who are nationals of science and technology-lagging countries, and have been living and working there in the past 2 years. Self-nominations are not allowed. This is an annual award and in 2024 the award is given for achievements in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering Sciences. The Award consists of 4000 USD.

Nominations have been extended to June 5, 2024.
