This workshop combines psychological insight with practical reflection to help researchers recognize impostor patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and build confidence rooted in self-awareness and authenticity.

This workshop can be tailored to your institutional needs and delivered either online or in person.
The session can range from a concise 2-hour introduction to a full-day interactive workshop, incorporating reflective exercises and mindset tools. The training package may be complemented with optional 1:1 coaching sessions focused on personalized confidence-building strategies.
Participants will:

Participants will learn to identify common academic situations that activate feelings of self-doubt and approach them with awareness and compassion.
