Jeanette Carlsson
Bridging research, innovation and entrepreneurship
About
Turning research into a real-world venture requires more than a good idea. It takes strategic clarity, the right connections, and an understanding of how innovation ecosystems actually work. For many researchers and early-stage founders, navigating this transition alone is one of the biggest barriers to impact.
Jeanette Carlsson is a tech sector founder, CEO, board advisor, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building, growing, and scaling companies from startups to PLCs across international markets. She has advised tech companies at leading business schools including the University of Oxford and University of Warwick, and has worked with governments, VCs, EU bodies, and diplomatic missions across Europe and beyond.
She has built and led pan-Nordic and pan-European tech ecosystems, chaired major innovation events at the London Stock Exchange, Slush, and London Tech Week, and has mentored and supported hundreds of founders at every stage of their journey. Her approach blends strategic insight, ecosystem knowledge, and a genuine commitment to opening opportunities for all talent in the innovation space.
Jeanette supports researchers and research-based founders in understanding the commercial landscape, developing investor-ready narratives, and taking their innovations beyond the lab and into global markets.
