The American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS) is a professional medical society representing healthcare professionals in colon and rectal surgery. The Research Foundation of the ASCRS supports research and career development in colon and rectal surgery through grant funding and fellowships. Some grants are available only to US and Canadian applicants; others are open to all. There are two grant cycles per year, with application closing dates on March 15 and August 15.
