The American Thoracic Society (ATS) and its Research Program seek to improve respiratory health worldwide by supporting young investigators in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. Applicants for ATS funding must be members of the society; applicants may be based globally but those who are based in the USA must have the legal right to work in the USA.
