NordForsk

NordForsk funds research and research cooperation in the Nordic countries. Based in Norway and established in 2005 by the Nordic Council of Ministers, the organisation identifies common priorities in the Nordic region and supports its research infrastructure. The organization funds diverse areas of research, including but not limited to, agriculture, bioeconomy, digitalization, gender equality, and education. In addition to funding research in the Nordic countries, some research programs are open to neighboring countries such as Lithuania and Estonia.
