Parkinson’s UK is a Parkinson’s research and support charity in the United Kingdom. The charity funds research that slows, stops or reverses Parkinson’s disease. Applications are open to researchers based at UK university, NHS Trust or small start-up biotech companies.

Open Access Policy: Parkinson’s UK requires grantees to deposit their funded research publications in PubMed Central (PMC) and Europe PubMed Central (Europe PMC) as soon as possible and in any event within six months of the journal publisher’s official date of final publication. Applicants are encouraged to include open access article processing charges in the budget of grant applications and funds may also be used to support transformative agreements.
