The Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) Foundation is a US-based charitable foundation dedicated to supporting research in interventional radiology to advance scientific knowledge, increase the number of skilled investigators, and develop innovative therapies to improve patient care and quality of life. The Foundation funds researchers working on interventional radiology in the USA and Canada. Applicants must be members of the society, and those who are not citizens of the USA or Canada require additional documentation from the host institution to be eligible to apply for funding.
