Skin of Color Society (SOCS)

The Skin of Color Society (SOCS) is a US-based learned society that aims to promote awareness and excellence for skin of color dermatology. The organization was founded in 2004 by Susan C. Taylor, MD, and colleagues, in response to the need for dermatologists to better understand the unique skin care needs of patients with skin of color. The Society supports US-based dermatologists at all career stages with research grants and career development awards.
