AACR MONARCA (Maximizing Opportunity for New Advancements in Research in Cancer) Grant for Latin America

The AACR MONARCA (Maximizing Opportunity for New Advancements in Research in Cancer) Grant for Latin America facilitates the capacity building of cancer researchers in Latin America. The Grant supports early career independent researchers working in any area of cancer research who have completed their highest degree within the past 7 years. Applicants must be citizens of and currently residing and working in Latin America, i.e. Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela. The Grant provides 55,000 USD for 2 years (including 10% indirect costs). Letters of intent are due on September 20, 2022 and full applications are due on January 5, 2023.
