ANRF Grants (arthritis | USA)

The ANRF Grants from the Arthritis National Research Foundation (ANRF) supports early-career researchers studying arthritis and autoimmune disease in the USA. For the purpose of this grant, early-career researchers are defined as as researchers who have not yet received an R01 grant from the NIH, or K08, DOD or NSF grant plus other support totaling more than $300,000 per year. One (1) application may be submitted per lab annually. It is highly encouraged that interested applicants discuss the desire to apply with their lab and PI. If multiple applicants from the same lab submit an application, only the first application submitted will be reviewed. Focus areas include but are not limited to:

  • Osteoarthritis
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Juvenile Arthritis
  • Lupus
  • Psoriatic Arthritis
  • Gout
  • Ankylosing Spondylitis
  • Pediatric Rheumatology
  • Scleroderma
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Uveitis (shown in relationship to autoimmune forms of arthritis)

Applicants may apply for up to 125,000 USD/year for up to 2 years (no indirect costs).
