The Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) Call for Research from the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) supports research within sustainable Computer-Aided Design and Test at universities worldwide. The research projects should address existing and emerging challenges in information and communication technologies (ICT) and associated technologies, as outlined in the Decadal Plan for Semiconductors, and accelerating innovation in application.

Applicants may apply for up to 105,000 USD per year, for over three years.

Applications for white papers (Letter of Intent) are due June 4, 2024. Full proposals are requested by invitation only.
