The Fulbright Schuman Program from the Fulbright Commission in Belgium supports EU citizens with scholarships for research in the United States with a focus on EU affairs/policy, or the US-EU transatlantic agenda. The Grants for International Educators support international education professionals at European universities who are interested in conducting research at a U.S. university on an issue related to international higher education and/or best practices in this field. The Research proposed should provide a comparative US-EU perspective on global issues within international higher education and/or share best practices within the field. The award provides:
- Scholarship of up to 3000 euro per month (USD equivalent)
- Travel stipend of 2000 euro (USD equivalent)
- J-1 visa sponsorship
- Health benefit plan
