The Humanities Initiatives at Hispanic-Serving Institutions from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) aim to strengthen the teaching and study of the humanities at Hispanic-serving educational institutions in the USA by developing new humanities programs, resources (including those in digital format), or courses, or by enhancing existing ones. The proposed work should cover the following areas in the humanities: history, philosophy, religion, literature, and composition and writing skills. Applicants may apply for up to 150,000 USD for projects spanning 1-3 years. NEH funds indirect costs.
