The Innovation Fellowships Scheme – Route B: Policy-led from The British Academy supports the collaboration of UK researchers in the humanities and social sciences with UK-based organizations or businesses in the creative and cultural, public, private and policy sectors to drive change and innovate.  The Academy is also working on this scheme in partnership with other partners, including the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The Academy and the FCDO invite applications for Fellowships in any of the following four areas.

  1. The Impact of Serious and Organised Crime on Future UK Foreign Policy
  2. The History of International Development and Aid Policy
  3. Iran
  4. India and other South Asian states

Applicants should be early to mid-career researchers in the UK and apply with a partner that is not the applicant’s usual employing institution. The Fellowship provides up to 120,000 GBP for projects spanning 1 year (with Full Economic Costing at 80%).
