The National Academy of Medicine (NAM) Pharmacy Fellowship from the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) recognizes early career pharmacists to further their careers. The fellowship enables candidates to participate actively in health- and medicine-related work of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (the National Academies). Applicants must be nominated by:
- A member of the NAM
- The board of directors of AACP
- The board of regents of ACCP
In addition, they need a completed Pharm.D. and/or Ph.D. in a relevant field of study and be between four and ten years after completion of post-graduate work OR between five and fifteen years after completion of a Pharm.D. Nominees must be citizens or permanent residents of the USA. The funding amount is 25,000 USD for 2 years. Nominations are possible until June 1, 2022.
