The proposed research project should include a well-formulated, testable hypothesis based on strong scientific rationale and study design. The presentation of preliminary and/or published data is not required. The program is open to researchers in the USA and worldwide. Applications are open to academic institutions as well as biotechnology companies. Investigators at all academic levels (or equivalent) may be named by the organization as the PI on the application.
