Research Grant (biomedicine worldwide)

The Research Grant from the Fritz Thyssen Foundation provides funding support for researchers in biomedicine in Germany or whose research projects are clearly connected to the German research system. The Grant provides proposal-dependent funding over a period of 3 years, which may be used for the applicant´s own and staff salary, and travel costs. Institutional overheads are not covered by the Grant. There are two rounds of assessment per year, with closing dates on February 1 and September 1.
