The Scoping Workshops program from the Volkswagen Foundation provides funding and conference infrastructure support for scholars in Germany. The intention of the workshops is to help researchers reflect on the future development of their research areas. The scoping workshops will take place on fixed dates at the conference center Herrenhausen Palace in Hannover, Germany. Applicants must be based at research and higher education institutions in Germany. Applications are open to researchers in all disciplines.
