The Travel Grants from the Barncancer Fonden support Sweden-based childhood cancer researchers to attend scientific conferences on childhood cancer. The Grants are open to medical doctors, researchers, counselors, psychologists and nurses who are active in the field of childhood cancer; active participation through presentations at the conference is mandatory. The Grants provide 9000 SEK for travel within the Nordic countries, 11,000 SEK for travel within Europe, and 20,000 SEK for travel to a country in the rest of the world and may cover travel costs, accommodation costs and other expenses related to conference travel. Applicants may apply in English or Swedish.
