The TWAS-ICCBS Postgraduate Fellowship Programme is supported by the International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS/UNESCO). The fellowship supports young scientists from developing countries (other than Pakistan) to pursue research towards a PhD in chemical and biological sciences.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a field of natural sciences and be a maximum of 35 years old. Also, applicants must be nationals of developing countries other than Pakistan. Candidates must be be registered PhD students in their home country and provide the “Registration and No Objection Certificate” from the HOME university (see sample that can be downloaded below or included in the online application form). The fellowship provides a monthly stipend for at least 6 months but may be longer.
