URM Travel Grants (USA | economics)
The URM Travel Grants from the American Economic Association supports junior economics faculty members from groups traditionally underrepresented in the economics profession to attend the annual ASSA meetings. Applications are open to US citizens and permanent residents who are underrepresented minorities (URM), including persons who identify as American Indian, Alaskan Native, Black (not of Hispanic origin), Hispanic (including persons of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Central or South American origin) or, Pacific Islander. The grant provides up to 1000 USD.
Applications close on the second Friday of November. The next applications close on November 10, 2023.
