Water4All: aquatic ecosystem services (Sweden)


The Water4All: aquatic ecosystem services research grant from Formas is part of the EU’s Water4All program and supports research and innovation projects in Sweden on “Ecosystem Services”. Aquatic ecosystems is the focus of the funding, including inland surface water, groundwater, transitional and coastal water, and having water security on top of the objectives. The main applicant must be affiliated to a higher education institution, research institute, or government agency with a research assignment. Maximum funding is 300,000 € per proposal, or a maximum of 500,000 € per proposal if the Swedish applicant is also the project coordinator. Each consortium must be composed of at least a minimum of three eligible partners that request funding from participating Funding Partner Organisations from three different countries participating in the call.

Preposals are due on November 13, 2023. Full invited proposals are due on April 29, 2024.
