Angelman Syndrome Foundation’s mission is to advance the awareness and treatment of Angelman syndrome. The Foundation supports research in finding a cure for Angelman Syndrome and funds scientists, clinicians and educators all over the world. There are three types of research projects: high-risk, high-reward strategies aimed at finding a cure; clinical studies to alleviate symptoms; and fundamental studies that contribute to our understanding of UBE3A and what it does in the brain.
