The Career Development Bridge Funding Award: K Bridge from the Rheumatology Research Foundation provides funding for outstanding researchers to bridge the gap as they prepare for individual career development award applications (i.e., applications for NIH K series awards or VA CDA-2 awards or any equivalent career development awards). Applications from researchers from underrepresented communities in biomedical research are highly encouraged. Applicants must be members of the ACR or ARP, be US citizens/permanent residents, and work at a US academic center or research institution. Applicants may apply for up to 75,000 USD for 1 year (indirect costs are not allowed). This is a bi-annual award and the next application closing dates are June 1, 2023 and October 3, 2023.
