Rheumatology Future Physician Scientist Award (USA)

The Rheumatology Future Physician Scientist Award from the Rheumatology Research Foundation provides funding for students who are enrolled in a combined MD/PhD or DO/PhD dual-doctoral degree and intend to pursue physician-scientist research careers. Applicants must be US citizens/permanent residents, and work at a US academic center or research institution. The mentor of the applicant must be a member of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR). The Award provides up to 30,000 USD/year in direct costs for 2 years. This is an annual award and the next applications open on September 1, 2022, and close on December 1, 2022.
