The Fellowship Training Award from the Rheumatology Research Foundation seeks to promote an adequate supply of
1. Rheumatology providers meeting the needs of children and adults with rheumatic diseases in the USA, and
2. Rheumatology educators and investigators to train future clinicians and advance research in rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
Applications are open to Program Directors at ACGME-accredited institutions. Applicants must be an ACR or ARP member at the time of submission. The fellowship provides 50,000 USD/year. Funds are provided for 2 years for adult rheumatology training programs and 3 years for pediatric training programs.
Applications are due on June 1, 2023.
