CDA for Diversity and Inclusion in Breast Cancer Research (worldwide)

The Career Development Award for Diversity and Inclusion in Breast Cancer Research is funded by Conquer Cancer and the Breast Cancer Foundation to support the career development of clinical investigators who have recently started their first faculty appointment. Applicants must self-identify as members of racial and/or ethnic groups traditionally excluded in academic medicine and biomedical research. The CDA is a mentored award and the research project must be conducted under the guidance of a scientific mentor. Applications are accepted from U.S. and international applicants. Applicants must be ASCO members and have a valid, active medical license in the country where the research will be conducted at the time of application.

The Award provides 200,000 USD over 3 years and supports travel to attend the Conquer Cancer Grants and Awards Ceremony at the ASCO Annual Meeting. Applications close on March 13, 2023.
