The Clinical Research Training Scholarships in Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) funded by Arrivederci ALD through the American Brain Foundation in collaboration with the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) are intended for early-career neurologists interested in studies focused on furthering understanding of disease mechanisms, diagnosis, or treatment of all forms of adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD). Applicants must have completed their residency or PhD within the past 5 years. Applicants must be members of the AAN and based at accredited neurology institutions in the USA or internationally. The Award provides 65,000 USD/year for 2 years, plus a $10,000 per year stipend to support education and research-related costs for a total of $150,000.
