DDSA invites students and researchers from all parts of the world to come visit a data science research environment in Denmark.
What is a DDSA Visit Grant?
As part of the DDSA Fellowship Programme, the Danish Data Science Academy provides funding for national and international bachelor’s and master’s degree students, PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to spend time with new research groups of interest in Denmark. The purpose of the grant is to give students and young researchers the opportunity to form the basis for a future DDSA PhD or postdoc fellowship application in collaboration with a potential supervisor from a Danish university or a Danish research institution.
What does the grant cover?
The grant contributes up to DKK 15,000 to cover costs for travel, accommodation and related expenses. The grant does not cover salary.
Who can apply?
Application is open to Danish and international students on a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree programme, PhD students and postdoctoral researchers. You must be enrolled or employed at a university at the time of the planned visit, or your visit must take place within in one year of having completed your enrollment or employment at the university.
When can you apply?
