Discovery Boost Grants (cancer research USA)

The Discovery Boost Grants from the American Cancer Society support high-risk / high-reward cancer research projects conducted by independent cancer researchers in the USA. The Grants may be used for projects that focus on research methodologies, establishing feasibility, or leading pilot tests. It is anticipated that data generated from the funded projects would generate additional research funding and open new areas of research. The Grants provide 100,000 USD/year for 2 years + 20% of allowable indirect costs. Applications close annually on April 1 and October 15. The next applications close on April 1, 2023.
