EPSRC open fellowship (UK)
The EPSRC postdoctoral fellowship funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) supports postdoctoral fellows in the following areas: discovery science, innovation, instrumentation and technique development, and software engineering. Funding is available for 5 years and covers 80% of the full economic costs of the project. Funding may be used for: staff costs, equipment (up to £400,000 for one item), other items required to carry out the project, costs related to impact, travel and subsistence. Applications are open to researchers with a PhD or more than four years’ experience in a relevant field.
