Funding of first-time professorial appointments of excellent women scientists (W2/W3 – Germany)

Global mobility - inbound

The Funding of first-time professorial appointments of excellent women scientists (W2/W3) from the Helmholtz Association supports the recruitment of excellent women scientists to top academic positions at the Helmholtz Centers in Germany. Applicants from both Germany and abroad are encouraged to apply. This should be the first professorial level appointment for the applicant. The Funding provides 200,000 EUR per year for the duration of employment at the Helmholtz Center. The Helmholtz Center and partner University should also provide additional financial resources of a substantial amount. Applications close on August 19, 2022.
