The Henry and Berenice Kaufmann Foundation Trainee Award in Brain Cancer Research, offered by Brain Canada Foundation and the Henry and Berenice Kaufmann Foundation, aims to support full-time graduate students (M.Sc., Ph.D.), postdoctoral fellows, and medical residents conducting research in the field of brain cancer, with a focus on glioblastoma.

Eligible applicants for the grant must be full-time graduate students (M.Sc., Ph.D.), postdoctoral fellows, or medical residents enrolled at a Canadian institution throughout the award period. Individuals who have previously received or currently hold a Henry and Berenice Kaufmann Foundation Trainee Award in Brain Cancer Research are ineligible to apply.

Each award provides a grant of up to 10,000 CAD for a one-year duration and is non-renewable. The deadline for applications is May 16, 2024.
