The Research Grants – Medicine and Health offered by Familjen Kamprads Stiftelse are aimed at fostering the advancement of a sustainable healthcare system. The foundation prioritizes projects that involve collaboration between researchers and relevant societal stakeholders. Applications from various subject disciplines within Swedish universities/colleges, and research institutes are encouraged.

These grants, available for research and education, are accessible to Swedish universities/colleges and research institutes. The principal applicant should hold a Swedish doctoral degree or its equivalent from abroad.

Grants are typically awarded for durations of 1 to 3 years and cover indirect costs. The application process consists of two stages. Stage 1, involving the submission of project ideas and budgets, has a deadline of April 25, 2024. Successful applicants will be invited to proceed to Stage 2, requiring additional details by August 27, 2024.
