Macular Degeneration Research Program (new investigators worldwide)

The Macular Degeneration Research Grant from the BrightFocus Foundation provides funding for researchers worldwide with innovative research leading to greater understanding, prevention, and treatment of age-related macular degeneration. The New Investigator Grants from the Program are intended for new independent researchers and provides funding of 150,000 USD/year for up to 3 years. The letter of intent is due at 5 pm EST on July 31, 2023. Those who are invited to submit a full application must do so by 5 pm on December 5, 2023.
