The Research Grants from the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation (DRWF) support research on finding the cause, prevention, treatment, and cure of diabetes and its complications. Both type 1 and type 2 diabetes research may be funded. Applicants must be based at diabetes research institutions in the USA. Applicants may apply for up to 50,000 USD/year for up to 2 years (including 10% indirect costs). Applications are assessed twice per year, with deadlines on June 30 and December 30.
