Specialized Center of Research Program (leukemia lymphoma | worldwide)
The Specialized Center of Research (SCOR) Program funded by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) supports the formation of new research programs that focus on clinical translation of scientific result. The proposed program should bring together established investigators from one or several institutions to develop a focused research program, foster new interactions and cooperation, and enhance interdisciplinary research among the participants. Ideally, a SCOR application will propose a combination of basic and translational laboratory research that will lead to eventual clinical translation. Each SCOR is comprised of 3-5 scientific Projects and 2-5 supportive Cores, including an administrative Core. Applications are open to appropriate academic institutions worldwide. The Program provides up to 5 million USD over 5 years, including 15% indirect costs.
Letters of intent are due by December 7, 2023. Full applications close on March 28, 2024.
