The SynGAP Research Fund supports SynGAP research worldwide. The grant program supports researchers to explore novel ideas and answer questions related to the clinical aspects, therapies and/or genetic causes of SYNGAP1. The award provides one-year research grants up to $65,000 and two-year grants up to $130,0000 to young investigators, laboratory-based researchers and clinicians who are interested in studying SYNGAP1 Encephalopathy. Full grant applications are assessed twice per year and must be submitted by March 1 or September 1.
