The Toxicity and late complications research grants from Barncancer Fonden support international collaborations that increase knowledge about toxicity and late complications and/or interventions for increased quality of life in children who have or will be affected by cancer.


  • Main applicant has, or intends to locate, the main research in one of the Nordic countries. 
  • Programs must include active researcher based in Sweden (main applicant or co-applicant). 
  • Main applicant must have a Swedish PhD or an equivalent foreign degree. Co-applicants do not need to have a PhD. 

Applicants may apply for up to 14 million SEK in funding for up to 4 years. The draft application must be written in English.

The next applications close on September 9, 2024.
